Alice

The "Alice" was built in 1960 by J. Van den Berk in Beneden-Leeuwen on behalf of Mr. De Bruyn, President of the Dutch Railways.

Later she was bought by Ton Boulogne, harbor master in Dordrecht. In 2007 Guy Van Beneden from Wommelgem (B) bought the boat with Tholen (NL) as home port. At the moment the owner is John Michiels from Buggenhout (B) and she is docked at VVW Aalst (B)

The ship weighs 14 tons, is equipped with a Mercedes OM352 engine and a bow and stern thruster.
