Jacqueline Denise

The "Jacqueline Denise" is a Blankenberg fishing boat. She is a shrimp boat and has had an eventful history. She was built in 1942 at the Borry shipyard in Ostend. She was originally owned by ship owner C. Lenaers. The "Jacqueline Denise" remained in service until the end of 1957 as a fishing vessel.

The ship was abandoned and luckily noticed by Peter Sabbe who bought it and restored it with the help of the city council and the Vandamme shipyard.
