Upon arrival, drive via Leopold II laan and Van Iseghemlaan to the roundabout at the Montgomerykaai. There you can report that you will be performing during Ostend at Anchor. From here you can then continue to the Churchillkaai. ATTENTION! You must follow the indicated detour to get there.
The number of parking spaces is limited. So try to come with as few cars as possible.
In the parking lot, you report to the parking attendant. He will inform the person responsible for the performances, that you have arrived.
The person responsible for the performances will also come to the reception tent to show you around.
You can then register in the reception tent where you will receive the meal vouchers (if applicable) and drink tokens. Lunch is served in El Mar (venue in the Pastoor Pypestraat 3-5) between 12:00 and 02:00PM. You will receive 1 token per person, per day, which can be used in the Haddock Lounge (VIP tent). Other drinks are available without a token in the El Mar hall.
The reception is permanently manned from 22 Mai to 25 mai from 09.00AM. to 07.00PM.
